"Het Pand"The meeting is held in the conference center "Het Pand" in Ghent, Belgium. "Het Pand" is an old Dominican monastery located in the heart of the city on the banks of the river Leie, near the medieval port with the guildhalls as its remnants. At this moment the University uses the complete building. You can now find here a university (staff) restaurant, conference facilities, museums (e.g. medicine and holography), a magnificent ancient library (with numerous manuscripts) and a few university departments, e.g. the International Relations Office.
